TEA // TREATS // TALK. A Very Vegan Afternoon tea- a chance to try some delicious food, learn tips and tricks for transitioning confidently to a plant based diet, make some easy and mind blowing treats and take home some recipes. This is not a full-length cooking workshop, but a scrumptious session for trying new delights and learning a couple of quick and satisfying recipes. And yes there will be cheesecake!
This is a great introduction to Plant Based Eating and how nourishing and fun it can be and is MEANT to be.
Learn about how to make your food protein rich with adequate iron and B vitamins, as well as how to create Vegan food that tastes AMAZING and fulfills every possible craving.
