Sound therapy is an incredibly powerful tool which works upon the deepest most subtle aspects of our being to bring about a higher state of conscious awareness thus supporting all forms of healing. The use of Sacred sound has been harnessed since before recorded history in time to manipulate different forms of energy to bring about q deeper sense of connection with that of the divine/higher mind.
I’m so in love with my position and life path a large part of this is because every time I run a class like this is see its powerful effects. Each and every person will receive exactly what they need while being guided on this epic inner journey to rediscover ones true self.
All are welcome to this event, but I do ask that if children are present that they're kept as quite as possible so the rest of the group can really dive deeply into themselves.
What to expect.
• Doors will open at 4.45pm then you will have a few moments to get comfy and introduce yourself to the group.
• Then you will be asked to lie down and relax as I guide you into a deep state of relaxation and open heartedness.
• After this you will be washed away on a 1 hour journey of sound which will hold many profound moments as the healing frequencies move through your body, emotions and mind.
• Beforehand I have prepared a very special selection of music which will be playing in the background, giving you something to enjoy. On top of this I'll be playing my 7 crystal singing bowls in harmony with this music, sweeping through the room.
• All that’s required on your behalf if that you be open to receive what ever comes to the surface to be healed. All aspects of your being that are stuck in duality will be brought into the light to be transmuted back into a higher state of being.
What to bring.
• I want you to be extra comfy so please bring along a mat, pillow, blanket, drink bottle and any other comforts you may need. Perhaps a few crystals or essential oils to support your journey.
Topic for the night.
• Our topic for the night will be stepping into the new, with the gateway of 2021 and its many opportunities awaiting us. We will all be guided to step into this with confidence and freedom.
