Bhakti Yoga is the path of devotion and love. The juicy and joyous celebration of the heart and our capacity to connect through love with others and ourselves.
Bhakti yoga has been called "love for love's sake" and "union through love and devotion." Bhakti yoga, like any other form of yoga, is a path to self-realization, to having an experience of oneness with everything.
Bhakti yoga incorporates many different practices such as Kirtan, singing devotional chants, dance - as in the sufi whirling or Indian classical dance, poetry, mudras... anything that takes us closer to the juicy, sweet feeling of being Alive and embodying the Divine.
