Post-Natal Fusion Class (Yoga & Pilates for new mums)

Join Doula & Yoga Teacher, Katie Ritter, for a fusion class which consists of a basic mat Pilates class mixing in gentle yoga stretches and a full meditation and relaxation to end the class. This is great for those getting back into exercise after giving birth and new mums wanting to gain strength back into core and pelvic floor.

Ideally you will have waited 6 weeks post giving birth before coming to this class.

This is a new class we are trialling so payment is by KOHA (donation). Bookings are ESSENTIAL. Please book by emailing Sarah: hello@wellnesssanctuary.co.nz

Note: This is not a Mum's & Bubs class but if you cannot find someone to look after your little bubba during this time, you are welcome to bring them to class and sit them next to you.
