Yoga in the Flowers Workshop

Come and spend a rejuvenating and nourishing morning with yoga and dried flower wreath making at My Flower Cart's micro flower farm.
9 - 10am - Gentle Hatha Yoga session suitable for beginners. To bring clarity to the mind and ease to the body
10am - Noon (approx) - Dried Flower wreath making and plant based morning tea. Sarah will take you through the process of choosing your dried flowers and attaching them to the wreath base. You will be working with some unusual flower varieties so your wreath will be very unique.
This is such a beautiful, mindful activity and you can enjoy some plant based treats and refreshments as you make your creation.
Includes yoga session, all flowers, foliages, wreath base, materials and your everlasting wreath to take home with you. Plant based treats and refreshments.
What to bring for the yoga :
Your yoga mat if you have one although some will be provided if you don't have your own. Also a hand towel, your water bottle and a personal blanket for resting at the end. Please wear warm, comfy clothes to move and relax in.
Please be prompt or call ahead if you're going to be late! This is an outdoor event so bring weather appropriate clothing. If it's raining we will move inside. If you have any flu like symptoms please stay home and rest up. Refunds given if you are sick and unable to attend. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your place to someone on the waitlist if need be.

Sarah Beale from The Wellness Sanctuary have hatched a plan to provide you with some yoga relaxation and flower therapy. What a perfect combination!
About Sarah Till:
Sarah Till is a Flower Farmer Florist and grows specialty cut flowers on her micro flower farm in Hastings. She grows her flowers using sustainable methods and without the use of harsh chemicals. She loves to share her knowledge and experience through flower workshops and has been teaching sustainable floristry skills for five years. She has practiced yoga for six years and loves the idea of combining two of her favourite things together.

About Sarah Beale:
Sarah Beale is a yoga teacher, plant based foodie, Tibetan bowl sound healer and Reiki practitioner. She is the Director of Wellness Sanctuary, wellbeing space and loves to facillitate and create gatherings that bring people together to ignite the spark of inspiration in the soul. She guides yoga with humour, subtlety and finely tuned awareness of each student.
Her teaching style comes from a background of Ashtanga, Hatha and Yin yoga and this class will be a beautiful gentle hatha for beginners to bring clarity to the mind and ease to the body.
