Plant Power: Gentle yoga & Vegan cooking class

A delightful wellness experience with gentle yoga for beginners, followed by a vegan cooking workshop. The Gentle movement will ignite the digestive fire and you'll be ready to eat!

Learn the fundamentals of Vegan cooking and understand how to create DELICIOUS, satisfying food.

Vegan cooking (and un-cooking) is so easy once you know the tricks and the staples to have on hand. I've put together a vegan cooking workshop with delicious dinner, dessert and treats, we will talk about transitioning to vegan, all the tips and tricks from someone (myself) who has transitioned from very meaty to vegetarian to VEGAN, and will never look back. If you are curious- get in touch.

This is an intimate relaxed workshop at a private address in Westshore. Address provided soon after booking. All are welcome, under gathering guidelines with no pass required and limited numbers.12 spots total. So be quick to book!

With each workshop we learn to cook different main meals and we ALWAYS create a raw vegan cheesecake, icecream or similar dessert.

What we will cover:

-We will discuss ways to transition to a plant based diet without a feeling of lack, but instead feeling EXCITED about all the wonderful options there are to eat
-Different hacks and tricks to make things easier around non plant based eaters
-Q & A session - ask me anything - nutrition, meat, dairy n egg subs, how to get around other allergies, how to feed multiple family members with various needs....

You will learn HEAPS! Therefore bring a pen and notebook to write down your inspirations (or you can write on the recipe handout you will be given).

About Sarah: Sarah is a yoga teacher and owner of Wellness Sanctuary and she has been vegan for about 6 years. She used to eat lots of meat and used to think vegetarians were crazy. Then she went travelling and began a process- free range, to vegetarian to vegan and will never ever look back. She makes INSANELY delicious desserts and vegan treats and prides herself on being able to turn any food in the pantry into something tasty. She cannot wait to share her foodie passion with you!
