About Chrystal:
Gifted from birth with a healing connection to the Divine realms, Chrystal was born in Holland but now lives her life abroad, guided by intuition and traveling the world to meet new people and explore different cultures and countries. The “healing touch” runs in her family, and as a child she encountered Angels.
At a young age, Chrystal came to realize that life is incomplete without mediation and silent contemplation, which strengthen our connection to the creative source of the universe and move us toward the realization of ultimate compassion and love. At the age of 20, Chrystal was invited to join a shamanic sound healing circle, where she was introduced to the Tibetan bowls. Following a series of prophetic dreams, a friend presented her with two master bowls made especially for her by a lama in Tibet. This gift provided the catalyst for a life-long love affair with Tibetan bowls, which has evolved into her healing practice and training workshops for practitioners of this ancient sound healing tradition.
(At the age of 25, Chrystal discovered a book on the subject of Inner Yoga, which is among the world’s oldest and most challenging spiritual traditions. It is a path to know one’s true self through a commitment to always speak the truth. While embracing this spiritual journey, she also completed a seven-year chakra healing program, at the white lodge by Ronald Beasley. Upon finishing in 2000, Chrystal set forth from The Netherlands and, after releasing all of her personal possessions with the exception of her Tibetan bowls, she allowed Spirit to lead her to India, where she spent years in meditation and prayer. During this period, Chrystal lived in a monastery near the Dalai Lama’s residence in northern India. She also spent time at the UNESCO-supported Auroville intentional community in southern India.)
Chrystal came to in Bali in 2012, and since that time she has been working with individuals, couples, and groups. She currently offers sound healing sessions with Tibetan singing bowls and instructor training on how to play Tibetan bowls (Levels 1 and 2)
At the moment Chrystal is traveling between Australia and New Zealand
Sound healing private sessions available:
The Himalayan (Tibetan) singing bowls come from different areas in the Himalayan mountain range, such as Tibet, Bhutan and Nepal. Although their exact age is not known, many of them have been dated back hundreds of years.
Made out of consecrated 7 metals. These metals correspond to the energies of to the Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, and Venus, prayers and mantras were chanted to them during the process of their creation. So, these bowls have the sacred energy of the prayers embodied in them. Additionally, the Tibetan bowls were made with the intention of healing, mind body and soul and transforming consciousness.
During the sound healing session, the Tibetan bowls are gently placed on the body, Chrystal can hear by the sound of the bowl where you need extra caring. She has a bowl in the frequencies of each chakra including your earth star and higher self chakra, to balance your connection to your higher self and Mother Earth.
Sometimes clients experience messages from the divine realms / higher self, to bring more clarity to their life purpose.
Chakras are energy vortices originating in the ancient Indian system of healing. Most literature discusses seven main chakras but there are literally hundreds of vortices of energy all over the body.
Chakras are the connection between the spiritual aspect of our being and the physical. There is an endocrine gland associated with 7 of the main chakras:
Root chakra
Sacral chakra
Solar Plexus chakra
Heart chakra
Throat chakra
Third Eye chakra
Crown chakra
In the Indian system of healing, when a physical dysfunction is in place, one or more chakras are considered to be blocked, dysfunctional or imbalanced. Imbalanced chakras are reflected in a whole range of mental, emotional and physiological dysfunctions.
Chakra balancing is used to correct the chakra so that the endocrine gland and all the associated structures and organs effected by that gland balance and begin to function correctly. Historically, chakra balancing has been done in a number of ways but it has been most effectively done by someone who has the capability to either feel and/or see the chakras and their state of imbalance. They then use energy healing techniques to adjust and balance them.
Tibetan Singing Bowls naturally cause chakras to self correct. The sound waves, in the form of sine waves run correcting frequencies to the unbalanced chakras, bringing them back to normal functioning.
The overall balancing effect of the Tibetan Singing Bowls, enhance and support the corrective rebalance on each chakra. The result is balanced chakras which then in turn enhance cellular and systemic healing throughout the body that is facilitated by the theta rhythms.
Sound healing is like giving water to the garden. When our body is healthy, it resonates in a frequency of 64Mh. The sound of the bowls is between 200 ~ 500 Mh.
Weak and sick cells in the body cannot stay in such high frequency; therefore sound healing is also used for detoxing and support illness treatments.
