About Rachael Lowe:
A playwright, teacher, and wellness advocate with doTERRA, Rachael has practiced yoga since 1999 and has taught yoga since
2007.

Growing up amongst diverse cultures in a low socio-economic community in Auckland, New Zealand, and marriage in her 20’s to a spirited and kind man of Arab/Israeli nationality influenced her globally empathic nature.

Rachael has taught in developing nations in South East Asia, and in Europe and Turkey. She has trained teachers from an international community in Cambodia and Indonesia and has been a guest trainer with Shri Yoga in Brisbane, Australia. Her style is influenced from multiple yogic disciplines. Yoga, tender movement and touch, creativity, and play are tools Rachael facilitates in her work with you.

Rachael invites an opportunity to soften into the body, to experience an understanding of integrated movement with the breath. Being intuitively compassionate, she cultivates, nurtures, and treasures beauty, especially beauty within for self and others.

At home in Wellington, New Zealand, she currently teaches Fertility and Women’s Wisdom yoga courses in Wellington studios, Partner Yoga classes, private lessons, workshops, and retreats in New Zealand and internationally. 8% of Rachael’s yoga teaching income is donated to 'Nadia’s Initiative’.
