108 Sun Salutations fundraiser challenge for Staros

$20 per ticket with all profits going to Staros, Affected by Suicide Support Trust.

Join in for a set of 12, or the full set of 108 Sun Salutations, fully guided by Sarah which takes between 90 mins and 2 hours to complete.

We will follow this with a shared potluck picnic in the garden and time to relax and socialise amongst the beautiful spring flowers.

Delicious floral herbal tea provided.

The STAROS Affected by Suicide Support Trust provides information and support for those bereaved by suicide within New Zealand. Losing a loved one to suicide changes your life forever and supporting each other helps us to manage the impact suicide has on our lives.

STAROS is run by a small group of individuals who have all been affected by the loss of a loved one to suicide and are passionate about supporting others similarly affected.
