A sharing circle with cacao ceremony and flower essences to soothe, for grief, anxiety and crisis support. Followed by gentle movement and easy breath and mindfulness techniques that you can use during times of high stress, shock and crisis.

About Maria:

Maria Paula Anzola is an Anthropologist born in Colombia, among the mountains of South American Magic Natural Health advocate. Womb Carer, Flower essence and Yoni egg practitioner. She is a dancer, Trauma Informed Yoga teacher and embodiment coach; integrating movement, dance and breathing with her offerings. She offers Cacao Circles, Natural womb health inspire by all the knowledge of Tulix Indigenous Art Wisdom. She has alchemy lab offerings at Dulce Tierra Alquimia @dulce.tierra.alquimia

About Sarah Beale: Sarah Beale is a mama, an experienced Yoga teacher and group facilitator for Breathwork, Tibetan Bowl Soundhealing, Meditation and Cacao Ceremony. She operated her own Yoga & Wellness Studio in Hawkes Bay, NZ for 5 years, has taught for over 10 years, offers retreats and shares numerous offerings, experiences and teachings at Summer festivals. She continues to teach a vibrant community of yogis throughout Hawkes Bay. Sarah has been through her own fair share of grief, loss, pain and crisis and has discovered true ways of coping with some of life's toughest moments. She is looking forward to supporting the community with mental health and resilience.

Jase Mackenzie is a practical man of wisdom and plenty of life experience having raised 4 kids and navigated many life initiations and challenges. He practices meditation and qi gong as ways of aligning his energy and coping with the ups and downs of life, and he loves to share his wisdom to support and uplift.
