From Pierre:
I am Pierre and for the last 3 years I have been passionate about any healing processes that would deepen my connections with my body, soul, emotions and also with other beings. Along this beautiful journey I have fallen in love with many types of movements especially dance, gymnastics and acro.
Capoeira is an afro-brasilian martial art that combines traditional/atypical music instruments, dance and artistical movements. Through this practice I would love to bring people together in a playful way and create a powerful healing group energy. Lets connect and heal our bodies while honoring a new way of moving full of profound ancestral meanings.
Side note from Sarah: Pierre is also a talented builder & carpenter, an amazing energy sensitive healer & Reiki master.
From Sarah:
I am Sarah and I'm a yoga teacher of many styles including Yin, Ashtanga, Pre-natal, Hatha and most recently learning to facilitate Kundalini yoga. I am a breathwork facilitator, Cacao ceremonialist, Sound healer with Tibetan bowls, Reiki Practitioner and Mum of a beautiful 4 year old boy. I LOVE coming together with community in wholesome ways with movement, dance, music and ritual. Together in these ways we can grow and inspire one-another and uplift eachother to alleviate the burdens of life. Connection is so important. I can't wait to see you all here at beautiful Taruna!
