If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Yoga is for EveryBODY.
This workshop is a fun introduction to the fundamental postures of yoga, how to breathe and learn to connect with your body, listen to it's signals and begin to practice in a way that suits your unique needs.
Suitable for those who have never tried yoga before or perhaps have tried it once or twice but never fully developed a practice. This will help you really understand and enjoy with what it means to practice 'Yoga'.
Yoga is so much more than physical postures, it is a way of being, a way of coming home to your Self.
"Saying you're too inflexible to do yoga is like saying you're too dirty to take a bath". -a fave quote.
Do you think you're too old, too stiff, too busy for yoga? THIS workshop is for you. Come and discover! All bodies, shapes and sizes welcomed.
