Ashtanga Yoga Beginners Workshop with Sarah Beale

Have you ever wanted to try an Ashtanga yoga class but feel too nervous? Perhaps you did attend one and felt the pace was too fast for you to keep up? Or are you completely 100 percent new to the world of yoga, and want to dive in, in a supportive setting with very thorough instruction?
This will be the ideal workshop for you.
I would like to help you discover what your amazing physical body is capable of.

Why is Ashtanga so popular and why do I want to share it with you? Because it is simply put, pure traditional yoga. The real juice. Through the precise method of Ashtanga one can build energy in the body to purify, detoxify and heal as well as gain great strength and flexibility.

This workshop is for beginners, where we will explore the correct breathing technique and best alignment for each pose, adapted to your unique body.

All body sizes, shapes, genders and ages from 14 to 100 welcome. You're never to old to begin!

About Me (Sarah Beale):
I fell in love with the Ashtanga practice as soon as I found it, 9 years ago, and I've been practicing it regularly since then and teaching led classes for 7 years.
I have great patience for beginners and love to help and observe students discover what their bodies are capable of and how good they are meant to feel!
I trained with the incredible Gregor Maele and Monica Gauci of 8 limbs yoga, based in Perth and continue to learn every day and share from experience in my own yoga practice, learning from Peter Sanson.
Ashtanga is a massive part of my life, a foundation to all that I offer in my yoga studio, the Wellness Sanctuary.

I'm looking forward to introducing you to the enormous benefits of Ashtanga practice.
