Join me for the co-creation of a beautiful harmonic soundscape with my crystal singing pyramids and bowls which will allow you the time and space to reach a deep state of relaxation, this in turn allows the body and mind to release old stagnant energy and disease.

This Sound Journey at the Wellness Sanctuary will be centred around focussing and calming the mind and releasing unwanted thoughts and mental tension. The crystal grid with Sapphire as the central crystal will reflect and enhance this.

Sound healing is a powerful tool which rest on two principles.
1: like attracts like
2: the highest pure vibration in any given environment will bring all other vibrations into uniformity with it.

The tools I use vibrate at least at three times the frequency of the usual human vibration. This will “force” the vibration of your field to raise.

About me:
I am a 35 years young Haumoana resident who has a deep passion for helping others discover their true self.

I have my own spiritual healing business and work out of the cornucopia healing rooms the lotus centre Hastings and the upstairs at the Napier Buddhist centre.

My offerings include Reiki, Private and group sound healing, Crystal Energy healing, intuitive readings with tools like tarot and Oracle cards and relaxation massage. I also enjoy using sound healing in all my offerings.

This is accessible to all people regardless of what life has put in front of you... everybody is welcome.
