Be immersed in an end of year relaxation Journey with Sarah Beale and Clare Babbage. Combining the powerful practice of Shamanic Journeying with the healing tones of Tibetan Bowls you will leave feeling relaxed and ready for the holidays.

Shamanic journeys are a guided meditative process which allow you to access information and guidance from your guides and inner wisdom. This process is ancient, practiced worldwide by different cultures and is accompanied by the beat of a frame drum.

First you will be safely guided by Clare, who started as a shamanic practitioner way back in her 20's who will use the available astrological energy to provide an opportunity to access a balance point and prepare for a new influx of energy in January.

Sarah will then lead the Tibetan Bowl Sound healing, interwoven with Reiki, which will lull you into a blissful relaxation with their soothing sounds.
