Why am I creating this online program? Being an immensely emotional person, I had a turbulent inner world until I learned to actively accept and embrace the challenges of life.
We live in a society that is changing, a world that is moving, with so many pieces of the puzzle that are out of our control. When we can learn to flow with life, witness it's unfoldment and ride the ups n downs with less inner pain, life becomes less of an uphill struggle and more of an exciting story. There will ALWAYS be challenges. But how do we meet these and respond in a way that feels good?
I found a myriad of tools such as Yoga, Ayurveda and Ritual which brought me back to my true blissful self, so I can flow through life with less resistance.
We are the Universe in human form. More powerful than we realise.
This is not a 'Self improvement' course. This is a mentorship to guide you back to connection to YOU and your innate power.
Svadhaya means Self Study, an important limb of the yogic path. Here we will study ourselves closely and learn to trust our own gut, our power and strength.
All that you need is already contained within you. It is time to access it. To Activate it!
We begin Weds 19th April on the New Moon at 12pm NZT on zoom.
Session times will vary but most will be Monday morning. All zoom calls will be recorded for you to access later if you can't make the Live.
