Plant Power Vegan Cooking workshop at Cape South

  • Cape South 55 Waipuka Road Waimārama, Hawke's Bay, 4294 New Zealand (map)

Plant Power Vegan Cooking Workshop is back for June- this time at the luxurious Cape South! Oh my! Such a spectacular venue to dine and relax.

I offer a series of vegan cooking workshops for you to learn the fundamentals of Vegan cooking and understand how to create easy, DELICIOUS, satisfying food.

Each a vegan cooking workshop is based around a central theme, this one is ‘Winter Comfort Food.’ We will be making a nutritious creamy green goddess soup, macaroni & ‘cheeze’ with vegan ‘bacon’ and a divine raw vegan cheesecake for dessert. Food to warm the heart and stir the soul.

Vegan cooking (and un-cooking) is so easy once you know the tricks and the staples to have on hand. We will talk about transitioning to vegan, all the tips and tricks from someone (myself) who has transitioned from very meaty to vegetarian to VEGAN, and will never look back. If you are curious- get in touch.
