Mindful Date Night- Yoga for Couples

  • Wellness Sanctuary 32A Main Street Napier, Hawke's Bay, 4110 New Zealand (map)

Yoga and mindfulness offer many beautiful tools that enhance intimacy and connection. Through breath, meditation, relaxation and simple movement we can connect in ways beyond words. We can find ways to access the deep love that connects us but that we sometimes struggle to feel when everyday life is full on.

Join Sophia Christine and Nicholas Heke-Worrall on this night for couples. A date that might give you more than a nice meal and a good conversation can. Everything we do is simple and fun and brings us into our hearts. No yoga experience or flexibility needed.

Many women long for their men to share yoga with them. And many men long to find ways to connect into their soft side, yet it seems hard to open to it in a society that conditions us into stereotypes. This open to female/male couples as much as female/female and male/male couples.

Nicholas Heke-Worrall is a reiki and sound healer, massage therapist and passionate yogi. It was a journey of becoming whole. He has experienced the traditional male stereotyped life through several years as a builder in the army. Like so many he used alcohol and drugs as ways to cope with his emotions until he found balance and joy through yoga and the holistic healing arts. Today he helps others to find their power.

Sophia Christine is a teacher of yoga, mindfulness and transformation. She found health and joy beyond anything she thought possible on her yoga journey. She is passionate about applying the ancient tools of yoga to create balance in our modern lives. The magic of intimate relationships has always fascinated her, two people who help each other to be the best version of themselves. She loves sharing the tools that help us to stay in the state of magic that brought us together in the first place.
