Sarah Beale and Allie Atkinson bring you- Empowered Expression- a day Retreat.
A lively and transformational day of connection, authenticity and true 'union' with self, ultilising the tools of Yoga, Essential oils and Communication Coaching to create lasting change.
Yoga = Union. The word 'Yoga' is derived from the Sanskrit root 'Yuj', meaning 'to join' or 'to yoke' or 'to unite'. As per Yogic scriptures the practice of Yoga leads to the union of individual consciousness with that of the Universal Consciousness, indicating a perfect harmony between the mind and body, Man & Nature.
Our uniquely beautiful bodies express themselves through intention, feeling, movement, shapes and sound.

About your facilitators:
Sarah Beale is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga teacher, teaching intuitvely and sensitively from a base of Ashtanga, Yin and Vinyasa, her style stemming from her own exploratory practice.
She fell in love with yoga for the spiritual journey, it's constant evolution & its therapeutic, energy shifting potency. She has practiced Ashtanga for the last 7 years, started teaching in 2014 and trained with Gregor Maehle & Monica Gauci from 8 Limbs Yoga.
She also teaches Pregnancy yoga having trained with Dr Pooja Maddela in Auckland.
Sarah is dedicated to self-inquiry and personal/spiritual growth, always learning something new which she loves to share. She teaches with compassion, warmth and humour, adapting each class, no matter what the style, to the students who are present in the room.
Sarah is also passionate about Ayurveda, Herbal remedies, Aromatherapy and anything which assists the body to heal itself
Sarah and her partner, massage therapist Alex Feaseymoved from Auckland to Napier in January 2017 to pursue a more relaxed way to live. The opportunity to practice with her teacher, Peter Sanson was one of the big draw-cards for Sarah to move to Napier. They now have a newborn baby boy and raise him here at the Wellness Sanctuary which is also their home.
She loves pouring her creative energy into, and holding space for the community at the Wellness Sanctuary. As well as teaching many of the yoga classes at the Wellness Sanctuary, Sarah organizes workshops & events, facilitating Ecstatic Dance and offering Reiki treatments.
Allie Atkinson is a Certified Law of Attraction Life Coach who specialized in Self-Awareness and Authenticity for the last nine years.
She observed over and over that lack of communication skills was holding her clients back from creating deeply intimate connections in life.
She teaches that we need to know oneself and learn how to communicate our desires before we can really thrive in life. She recently re-niched as a Communication and Intimacy Coach bringing her love of emotional and physical intimacy to her coaching practice.
She works coaching clients in several countries via the phone or internet and facilitates workshops here in NZ. She has recently made her home-base in Napier and is looking to launch an online presence as well as working with locals.
