Time to take a rest. We are so good at doing. What about just being? Relaxation is so important and necessary for repair and deep healing at all levels of our being.
Relaxing into our body - releasing held tension and meeting stresses and strain - is more easily available to us than we realise. Knowing how to relax - letting go/letting be and feeling our natural state of mindful openness and ever available well-being and ease is a skill that is easy to learn - but like any other skill it takes practise to become effective.
Our body/mind is more than willing to function as powerful healing energy and emotional positivity.
The simple, mindful movements and breathing that are taught are gentle, and care is taken for individual needs. Support is given where necessary for any injuries. Much love and care throughout.
You'll be surprised and delighted at how simple and easy to practise such take-home tools can be - and over time how the benefits can become naturally available in your everyday living.

About Marion:
For over 40 years Marion Feasey has been involved with personal training and practise of Mindfulness and Meditation, and Life-long learning., This includes a 6-year period of full time teaching and leading retreats at a Buddhist Centre as well as teaching in community settings. She enjoys bringing a non-denominational somatic approach ie body centred teachings and in meeting each person in their uniqueness.
