Arvigo® Maya Abdominal Therapy Course
Self Care, Level 1 Training - 2.5 day workshop intensive

This 2.5 day intensive goes over the anatomy and physiology of the digestive and reproductive systems of women and men. Holistic approaches for self care are covered such as castor oil packs, hip swaddling, proper eating, and the use of perineal steaming. 

Also covered are the basic history of Maya abdominal massage as taught by Dr. Rosita Arvigo and how to safely do the self care massage on yourself. 

Self Care training is open to anyone that wants a deeper understanding of the body and how to keep the belly and pelvis healthy. This is the prerequisite course for attending Professional Care Training in Arvigo® Therapy. 

Arvigo® Therapy maybe helpful for addressing a wide range of pelvic and digestive disfunction. Here is a short list of what maybe helped:

Tuition includes self care massage instruction, class manual, any supplemental handouts, a 30-minute one-on-one educational session with a certified Arvigo® practitioner, plus healthy snacks and teas (please bring your main lunch).

Class fee is $ 350NZD (325NZD if paid by October 31, 2018)+ $ 98 USD admin/tithe fee. Fee includes full tuition, Self-Care manual, a private 30-minute educational session with an Arvigo® practitioner. Also included are light snacks and teas. Register at

At registration you'll have to pay the $98 USD admin/tithe with a credit card or by calling the Arvigo Institute in the USA. Let Elizabeth know if any issues with this and she can help you. The remainder of class tuition (either $350 full or $325 early bird) is paid directly to the teacher. You can make payment to the teacher by bank deposit or payment upon arrival to class with cash (there is no Eftpos available at the studio).
