The Great Cool Down- Wanderlust Ticket Giveaway event!

Yoga, Ayurvedic Wisdom and Essential Oils can be helpful tools to cool the body/mind system and bring our fire element back into balance during the peak of summer.

Inspired by the summer and the upcoming offerings at Wanderlust Great Lake Taupo 2018, we bring you 'The Great Cool-down".

Anyone who attends this workshop will go into the draw to win a ticket to Wanderlust Great Lake Taupo! YES!

We are all made of the 5 elements: Water, Earth, Air, Ether and Fire. Our bodies, mind and energy respond to the seasons. In the heat Summer we tend to have more energy, we can be 'firey' in nature, have more passion, perhaps even agitation or burn-out. Is this familiar to you?

The qualities of the "Pitta" fire dosha are: Driven, energetic, passionate, confident with good digestion when in balance. When out of balance this can become: Anger, irritability, stress, tension, overheating and skin issues.

Sarah Beale has long been passionate about using Ayurvedic routines to enhance her quality of life and to calm down her 'firey' side (She has lots of fire!) and in turn she wants to share these techniques with you.

In this workshop she will introduce you to the basic concept of Ayurveda and the doshas. Throughout the workshop will explore:

-Cooling Yin yoga postures to calm both body and mind.
-Breathing and relaxation techniques to cool down
-Foods, habits and routines to keep us chilled out during summer and to soothe irritated mind and body, skin and heat related issues.
-Essential oils to bring the Pitta 'fire' element back into balance.

Yoga mats, gear and cooling refreshments provided. You'll receive a mini rollerbottle of cooling essential oils to take home as a gift.

Please book by emailing Sarah hello@wellnesssanctuary.co.nz
Cost is $30. If paid by 15th Jan it's only $25 made payable to:
