SATURDAY APRIL 7th & SUNDAY APRIL 8th!: A wonderful weekend combining different techniques such as flower essences, aromatherapy, dance, yoga and nutrition to celebrate and care for our whole being as women. We will talk about the importance of connecting with our menstrual cycle and ways we can support it, including the use of Yoni Egg to reduce PMS, headaches and menstrual pain. A natural approach to gynecology and the importance of our breast as to maintain holistic health.

Gift of menstruation.
Connecting with my menstrual cycle really transformed my life in a wonderful way and I am very happy to share this workshop with you and learn about our different phases in a cycle, how we can support our cycle, flower essences, nutrition, herbs, aromatherapy, rituals, ancient knowledge, yoga and movement and the use of yoni eggs.
We talk about the different alternatives to use while bleeding and share about connection to our bodies.

Breast Care
This workshop is a reverential exploration of the powerfully magical sensory powerhouses that surround a woman’s heart - her breasts.
Our breast are totally connected with our whole health in many aspects and its extremely important, that we as women, connect and learn about our bodies!
The physical importance of caring for the breasts will be
experienced through self-massage, aromatherapy, nutrition, flower essences, yoga, dance and more.
The profound energetic and physiological connection between our
breasts and our own unique experience and expression of our feminine sexuality will also be made space for on this beautiful afternoon.
In this workshop we are integrating movement as well as dance and yoga for the breasts.

Natural Gynecology
Natural gynecology is a compilation of different ways to connect to our bodies in a natural way. Honoring traditions, women I met while travelling and my own experience, I share with deep honor this workshop.
We will talk about relationship with our bodies and the earth and working with the breath, massage, steam, nutrition and medicinal plants for womb, ovarian and vaginal health. In particular, this evening will focus on supportive approaches to hormonal health, libido, cleansing and restoration of the microbiome in the female body.

ABOUT MARIA:

Maria Paula Anzola says: I love working with movement (yoga and dance) and integrating it the healing of plants, flower essences and essential oils to support our bodies. I am very happy to share about women's health and honoring our cycle, connect with the importance of breast care and to care for our bodies in a more natural way through natural Gynecology. I am from Colombia been living here for 9 years and my honour to share what I learn in Colombia, travelling and studying in NZ. I studied Anthropology in Colombia, Bach flower essences in NZ and different courses in aromatherapy, yoga and dance such as Certificate in holistic massage modalities at Lotus College in Hastings, Aromatherapy certification by Aromhead Institute in the USA (online ongoing training), Natural Gynecology studies in Colombia. Qoya teacher certified by Rochelle Schieck founder in NZ. However my work is mainly intuition and this is what I teach in my courses! Connecting us more with what we already know.... :-) 

My passion is sharing how we can integrate different healing modalities to enjoy and celebrate our bodies!
